Mrs. Marjorie Faye Belflower, 80, of Fort Valley, went to her heavenly home on Tuesday, November 09, 2021, at Taylor County Rehabilitation in Butler, Georgia. A private family graveside service will be held Thursday, November 11, 2021, at 2:00 P.M., at Pulaski Bleckley Memorial Gardens in Cochran with Chaplain, Lisa Johnson officiating. Mrs. Belflower was born in Cochran, GA, the daughter of the late David J. Darsey and Winnie Bell Horton Darsey. She was the widow of Harley Belflower. After attending school in Cochran, Mrs. Faye married and moved to Peach County, where she and Mr. Harley raised their family. She was a devoted loving mother and wife. She was of the Baptist faith and loved working in her flowers and gardening. In her later years she helped her children raise her grandchildren. She was cherished and loved by her family and will be missed. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Herman and Otis Darsey; sisters, Georgia Belflower, Myrtice Floyd, and Patrica Floyd; Special baby dog, Rosie. Survivors are her beloved children: daughters, Pam Smith and her husband Darryl, Kristi Moncrief and her husband Gary; son, Stephen Belflower and his wife Linda; sister, Doris (Tincie) Noles; grandchildren, Ashley Hunnicutt and her husband Brandon, Jennifer Wilson and her husband Cory, Benjamin Bowden, Lindsey Willis and her husband Joseph, Gordon Moncrief and his wife Melanie; great-grand children, Camden Wilson, Emmie Wilson, Harley Hunnicutt, Charlotte Willis, Madison Moncrief, and Grayson Moncrief.
