Graveside services for Helen Mullis Floyd, 78, of Cochran, who died Wednesday, June 21, 2017, in Serenity Hospice Place in Dublin, will be held privately on Saturday, June 24, 2017 in Pulaski-Bleckley Memorial Gardens. Born in Bleckley County, Helen was the daughter of the late Jack and Emma Bell Arnold Mullis. She worked as a textile inspector with L & H Shirt Company and Dowling Industries, and was a homemaker. She was an active member of Cochran Church of Christ. Survivors include: her husband of 59 years, Charles Floyd of Cochran; daughter, Rhonda (Scott) Dorsey of Gainesville; sons, Keith (Christy) Floyd of Gainesville and Ken (Theresa) Floyd of Forsyth; 4 grandchildren; 4 step-grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; 7 step-great-grandchildren; and a sister, Patsy (J.T.) Head. The family will be at the Floyd residence on Steve Arnold Road and with meet friends at the funeral home Friday from 6-8 P.M.
